Refunds & cancellation
How to avoid future charges, what cancellation changes, and where to get help with a payment.
Last updated
At a glance
- Cancel before your 7-day subscription trial ends to avoid the first charge.
- Cancel a subscription before its next renewal to stop future charges.
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Lifetime purchases have no free trial.
Cancel a web subscription
- Open your PodMyPaper account.
- View your plan and choose Manage subscription.
- Complete cancellation before your next renewal or before your trial ends.
Canceling stops future subscription charges. After canceling a paid plan, you can continue using it until the end of the paid period unless a legally required refund or other termination ends access earlier. Cancellation does not refund a payment already made. If you cannot access subscription management, contact support@podmypaper.com for help.
Your free trial
Eligible accounts can try a monthly or yearly subscription free for 7 days. One trial is available per account, including across purchase platforms; eligibility for an app-store offer is confirmed by that store. Lifetime purchases do not include a free trial.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the first payment for your selected plan is charged automatically. Your trial end date, price, and billing schedule are shown before you confirm. Cancel through the service or store that bills you to avoid the first charge.
Our refund policy
Payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. This includes the first subscription payment after a free trial, renewal payments, and one-time lifetime purchases. We do not provide discretionary refunds or partial refunds for unused time.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including any right to withdraw from a purchase or receive a remedy for a service that is not provided as required by law.
Cancel before the free trial ends to avoid the first charge, or before the next renewal to avoid future charges. Deleting the app, signing out, or requesting account deletion does not cancel a subscription.
Lifetime purchases
Lifetime access is billed once for Pro access for the lifetime of the service, subject to usage limits. It does not renew and does not include a free trial. If you are eligible, you can try a monthly or yearly subscription before deciding whether lifetime access suits you. Lifetime payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Apple and Google purchases
If Apple or Google billed you, cancel through the subscription settings for that store account. The store manages refund requests for its purchases. Its payment and refund terms apply in addition to any rights you have under law. Your receipt identifies the service that billed you.
Get help with a payment
If a charge seems incorrect or your paid access is missing, email support@podmypaper.com. Include your account email, the payment date, the receipt or invoice reference, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
We will investigate and reply by email. Where a refund is required by law, it is returned to the original payment method. The time for the credit to appear depends on the payment provider and your bank.
Digital delivery
Your purchase provides digital access through your PodMyPaper account after confirmation. Nothing is shipped and there are no physical returns. Preparing a new audio conversation takes additional time. Contact support if you need help using access you have purchased.
